Our services usually start within 5 minutes after payment is confirmed.
The return can be requested after the 3rd day of payment confirmed only if the service has not been started or active. Having started or active, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund.
To be able to make a refund request, just send an email to us after the 3rd day (72 hours) of confirmed payment and service not started, requesting the order cancellation and refund of the payment together with the order number made on our website https://seguidores.com.br.
Various types of services are exempt from reimbursement.
Items that cannot be refunded (consumable items):
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Social media invitations
Items that cannot be refunded if already started:
- Online advertising services on social networks (followers, likes, views)
- Split rate, delay, follower and likes filter services.
Items that cannot be refunded if active / delivered:
- Automatic tanning services
- Automatic visualization services
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (when applicable):
- Online advertising services on social networks that have already started and went offline due to technical unavailability on the part of our company for more than a week (not applicable to profiles and pages that are unavailable, locked, renamed, deleted by the user).
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the service cancellation request has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your PagSeguro account or bank account (for transfer payments or digital currencies) in a few days.
Refund late or not received (when applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before launching a refund.

Services on offer (when applicable)
You can only request reimbursement for services at a regular price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the services on offer.
Removal by the social network or unfollows / dislikes
If the service shows declines in followers, likes, views, etc. after its completion, it will not be eligible for a refund. But it will be covered, if the profile or page has not been deleted, placed in private or renamed, by the guarantee of replacement and can be requested for up to 45 days after the date of purchase.
If the service was marked as a gift during the purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase.
If the service was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the person who gave it sent the service to himself to deliver it, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested cancellation.
